齐燕君，女，湖南湘潭县人。齐白石曾孙女。祖父齐良元乃齐白石长子，父名齐次生。少年学画，曾得白石老人指授。国家一级美术师、齐白石艺术研究会副会长、齐白石艺术研究会会员等。1958年随父母迁居北京。
1960年迁居新疆，进入石河子市某企业当播音员。1985年，经叔祖齐良迟、叔父齐佛来介绍，得南岳区委书记谭岳生、副区长王东常之助，调入南岳文物处，一度主管南岳书画社。1995年从南岳书画社退休后，隐居南岳驾鹤峰下，专心绘事，擅长画虾、蟹，技法娴熟，笔简而韵长，深得齐派家风，作品为许多艺术馆和民间书画爱好者收藏。她自幼随祖父和父亲学习绘画，少时习作得到白石老人指授，深得齐派家风。她对虾的特点和习性有很深的感性认识，经过长期的摸索和实践，逐渐掌握了虾的表现方法，不仅画出了虾的形状，同时画出了虾的质感，寥寥数笔，一只有生命的虾便跃然纸上。虾须柔软中带着劲挺，身躯随着水流在蠕动，虾体透明，活灵活现，达到了笔简韵长、形神兼备的艺术效果。

After retiring from Nanyue Calligraphy and Painting Society in 1995, he lived in seclusion in Nanyue and drove Hefeng to concentrate on painting. He was good at painting shrimp and crab. His technique was skilled, his pen was simple and long, and his works were collected by many art galleries and folk painting lovers. She learned painting with her grandfather and father since childhood, and when she was young, she was taught by the old man of white Stone and deeply obtained the family style. She has a deep perceptual understanding of the characteristics and habits of shrimp. After a long period of exploration and practice, she gradually mastered the expression method of shrimp, drawing not only the shape of shrimp, but also the texture of shrimp. With a few strokes, a living shrimp would appear on the paper.
