Lu Daoyou, born in Zibo, Shandong Province, in 1946, is a member of the Chinese calligrapher Association and the founder of the Chinese bird style characters. In 2019, he was invited to participate in the CCTV Century Talent Awards Conference. Three calligraphy works were collected by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Some of the works were also presented as national gifts to leaders of countries such as Malaysia.
